Saturday was well a frustrating day in some ways. battalion never went a yard and bookmakers must have been rubbing there grubby hands. however olympic glory obliged with my place pick tullius following him home to give us yet another forecast. tropical beat gave us a little more with a decent run in 3rd. todays picks are few for a change, not many races really rock my boat but these 3 seeem the best of a bad bunch. there is an evening meets from leicester and windsor with a possible 2 more races but want to hold off with possible ground changes effecting a couple i fancy so will post later. at the mo i will give you 2 from redcar and 1 from leicester.
REDCAR 4.20 AVONBREEZE WIN (14/1. SINGEUR E/WAY (6/1). avonbreeze returned poorly and last three have been average but they were all on poor ground and with the much better ground today coupled with a great winnable mark could run a big one. my ratings have him top.
REDCAR 4.50 SHERIFF OF NAWTON WIN (EVENS) DUBAWI LIGHT E/WAY (9/1) dubawi ran nothing last time but that at leicester and can be forgiven as its a specialist track. the maiden win 2 back is more interesting having beaten a now rated 75 by a length and can run off that mark today.
LEICESTER 7.15 OGBOURNE DOWNS WIN (9/2) PERFECT CRACKER (5/1).
