Today produced another two winners in the shape of benandonner and ben hall. saharia almost made it three but wasnt quite to be. sorry guys but no selections for saturday as duty calls this weekend and im away for a family thing. should be back in time to give you mondays traffic permitting. have a good one and see you all next week.

lets continue the good form and get our teeth into these for friday. just had a look at the win results and the last 20 selections have produced 10 winners and im more than happy with a 50% strike rate, lets see if these can add to that.

PENARA E/WAY this one is currently 20/1, sandy cove 6/1. penara holds chances with this the first run close to conditions experienced 3 back in a seller. he was good at the weights there and effectively down 3 pounds. sandy cove should relish the trip and im forgiving the 2 lengths defeat as a result of todays distance.
LING 2.00 SAHARIA WIN.  SKIDBY MILL E/WAY. have no price as yet for skidy mill so check market if its of value.
LING 3.35 BEN HALL WIN.  GOLDEN AMBER E/WAY.

BENNELONG got us off to a good start winning well in the 6.00, then FLEETWOOD SANDS the place selection in the 6.30 wins it  at great odds of 14/1. SEEK THE FAIR LAND didnt quite get up in the 7.30 but a great day again.

as yesterday produced just the one winner, today was a carbon copy with KINGS REQUEST doing the business, SHANNON HAVEN almost got there missing out by a nose. the well backed and one of my faves STANLOW was very dissappointing will be interesting to hear if something was amiss as he really didnt run his race at all.LUTINE CHARLIE & RUTTERKIN almost got in the places but just edged out. anyway onwards and upwards. Ive not been in long so at present just have the one race from kempton for you, have a early start in the morning so will post probably two more p.m.

another good day today, almost got a very nice yankee, TAROOQ, GRANDEUR and FAB LOLLY all winning just RANDOM SUCCESS missing out and finished 2nd. He cost me around £200 but still a very good day. No flat racing for sunday, will be back with mondays 2moro evening.

nice start to yesterdays races with VOLITO winning at 9/2 and as advised rise to glory following home at 6/1. ULTIMATE WARRIOR just missed out in the next, but got some more place money back with el duque placing as advised at 12/1. DRIVE ON AND MASTER PAVER were a little disappointing in the next two but overall not the worst day. on we go with the selections for thursday.

WOLVES 5.30 FILAMANT OF GOLD WIN.  HOWZ THE FAMILY E/WAY. this ones a big price but holds some sort of chance, excuses last time out and was running well previously.
WOLVES 6.00 TUKITINYASOK WIN.  KATMAI RIVER E/WAY.
WOLVES 6.30 BENNADONNER WIN.  REFUSE COLLETE E/WAY. a little cautious with refuse colllette, has a chance on my ratings yet to win but doesnt look far away.

CARRY ON HENRY.

I have a real liking for HENRY GRACE in the 3.05 from lingfield. looks on a great mark if we refer to the maiden run 2 starts back. check out 2nd place in that one, he has gone on to run off a mark of 69 with credit since, henry grace was a couple of lengths behind and running off the same weight so a handicap debut mark of 56 looks lenient in the least. This is one i will be keeping an eye on if today isnt his day as there will be a race for him off a mark like this. 

SELECTIONS 19.02.14. LINGFIELD.

yesterday almost got off to the perfect start with miles of sunshine nearly getting up at great odds of 12/1 but nothing until HONEY OF A KITTEN got some place money back. Day off today with only s.well on the flat so lets get going with tommorrows lingfield selections.

had the one winner yesterday with BERTIE BLUE BOY and the same again today with SCOTTISH STAR winning our first race at 6/1, and what looked a promising start didnt quite continue. club house looked tired and has run a few lately. but we did get some nice place money back with SPAS DANCER placing as advised with an s/p of 16/1 was 20/1 earlier so again a fair enough day. unfortunately there are no selections for sunday only jumps so will be back with mondays choices.

TYPICAL NON RUNNER.

My pick of the day has become a n/runner HIGH TIME TOO in the 4.30 lingfield. typical really fancied his chances, will be keeping an eye out when he next runs. anyway here is the replacement: RUN IT TWICE E/WAY.

hi, nice to have a break sometimes but glad to be back to it, anyway heres saturdays selections.

LING 2.15 MUSIC MAN E/WAY.  SCOTTISH STAR E/WAY. advising both these as place selections as both offer great value at present. i have a feeling MUSIC MAN may shorten so keep an eye on the price. personally if it drops below 4/1 i will do as a win.
LING 2.50 NATIONAL SERVICE WIN.  LONE WARRIOR E/WAY. this one is 16/1 at present but may get even bigger. i feel the drop to 6 furlongs will bring improvement and i rate him highly.
LING 3.25 ROYAL PRIZE WIN.  SPAS DANCER E/WAY.
LING 4.30 CLUB HOUSE WIN. HIGH TIME TOO E/WAY. club house was a winner for us a week ago at 12/1 has won again since and probably holds an even bigger chance of making the 3 timer. same jockey can now claim 7 pounds and mark has dropped 2 pounds after assessment. high time too needs to be held up and the wide draw should ensure that, can resume from the form shown back in december.

heres an update on the month so far. win selections are showing a negative at present but confident to get that back by the end of the month. i started this on the 15th jan so have until 15th feb. The e/way selections however are alot healthier. These figures are to £10.00 level stakes and you can adjust up or down depending on your one point stake. After 22 betting days we are 14.13 points up which is a profit of £141.30.Broken down total e/way bets=117 with 30 wins. this is a strike rate of 25.6%. im very happy with that thus far and an overall profit of between 10/15 points is my aim per month. As ive said the win selections need to improve but if your a value e/way punter then these figs will be of interest. onward we go.

ANOTHER PROFITABLE DAY.

another good day with 2 from 4 coming in. started fantastically with SHANNON HAVEN winning at odds of 14/1 albeit a deadheat so returned at 7/1 and was advised e/way. then KEEP KICKING continued the winning form romping in easily. almost had ALDEBURGH in the 4.15 but tired at the end and unfortunately nothing to sing about in the last but happy with the day. i may post 1 or 2 from kempton tonight but may not have time, pop back and check out.

LING 3.05 KEEP KICKING WIN. ROLLIN N TUMBLIN EWAY been off a year but on ratings again holds every chance but place selection would be wise. KEEP KICKING will take all the beating.

wonderful start to the week and reminds me of the first half of last week, STAR LINKS got us off the mark winning at 5/1 i had it at 8/1 earlier. then HALFSIN romps in advised eway and wins 16/1, got that one at 25/1 and my win selection followed him home.  as i posted last nite halfsin  probably would shorten and it was as big as 28/1 last nite. last 2 didnt feature but i will take that. onward we go.

CABUCHON got us off to a flyer with a victory at 6/4, EMMAN BEE let me down in the next but then LIKE A PRAYER got us back with win at skinny odds but a win all the same. my pick of the day in the 3.05 CLUB HOUSE strolled in at 10/1, could have got it at around 16s earlier in the day. lets see how DOLDRUMS can do in the 3.40.

then we had MAGGIE PINK  returning victorious at 7/4. then we had a place selection taking the win pot in the shape of BE PERFECT returning at a healthy 13/2. so cant complain, lets see what tommorrow brings.

non runners didnt help yesterday, but still amazed as many punters must be that none of the win selections managed to collect. all held great chances and all in fine form but none delivered, no excuses for any of them with the exception of indus valley who probably "bounced". just as well he didnt last week when completing the biggest gamble in racings recent history, im sure you have all heard of that day last week. still we had some of our bacon saved by LADY LUNCHALOT who almost got up to win but placed 2nd as advised at great odds of 20/1. so onward and upward to next week, here are mons selections.

first three brought nowt, but a team talk and they came out alot better 2nd half. GRENDISAR and UNCLE BERNIE came in well,  POINT NORTH placed 2nd as advised although he was alot bigger priced last night when advised, and finally FUNKY MONKY placed 2nd again as advised at a more healthy 6/1, was as big as 8s this morning so all in all not the worst day.
