Three nice winners yesterday with two of them from my place selections. all of them were from yarmouth with go far 4/1, tommys secret 5/1 and siouxperhero at 9/2. nitto from goodwood on day one but anjaal ran really well as i thought at massive odds, thought he was going to get up in the last furlong just ran out of time but certainly worth the punt and will be of interest n.t.o. on we go with todays picks lets see if the winning form continues.

50% yesterday with thorntoun care prevailing at 11/4, only 2 races in the end with a frustrating non runner in the shape of mount cheiron being withdrawn late on, shame as i was keen to see how he got on, another day for that one. right then on with tuesday and i have a glut to get your teeth into with 2 from glorious goodwood and 4 from sunny yarmouth.

GOODWOOD 1.55 STOMACHION WIN(13/2)  NICEOFYOUTOTELLME E/WAY(16/1). this is a big field so you may want to back both e/way, both have a great chance on ratings.
GOODWOOD 3.05 ANJAAL WIN(25/1)  AMARILLO E/WAY(14/1). You may raise an eyebrow at this one but anjaal does hold a chance, i rate him top on runs back end last year at group 1 level. not far behind the very good war command last october and just behind outstrip who has since won at the breeders cup and went close in the st.james stakes. i could see improvement last time out and this is within its grasp. amarillo holds similar chances and has run well over here in the past, rates well and worth place money.

YARMOUTH 2.10 ENRICHING WIN(9/1)  NELLIE THE ELEGANT E/WAY(16/1) nellie is unexposed and has gone well fresh, dam suggest turf will be fine and the maiden win has been franked, looks a great mark.

Today produced 4 winners from 5 alot better than of late, brought the week to an end with profit but overall ive had better weeks. must be feeling sorry for the bookies. got off to the perfect start with kleo, then we had the pleasure of first flight making it a double and place pick wilhana taking the 4.15 from newcastle and finally the very impressive filly taghrooda romping the king george, she will be much fancied in the arc so i think il be punting early cant see her drifting. anyway good day all round and brings me back in with a chance of ending the month in profit. apologies for the results pages been a little busy of late but will update and post progress tommorrow. have a great sunday and will be back with next weeks. looking forward to glorious goodwood, should be a cracker with great weather. always a punters nightmare but a great enigma and cant wait.

Place selection tinsel town gave us the one winner yesterday, but it was wheres riley in the 3.30 from lingfield that had my heart racing entering the stretch. really thought he was going to get there but just nudged off into second place at massive odds of 33/1, still gave us some place money back.
Sunny yarmouth is where we go for thursdays picks and really could do with some win picks doing the business, been a little lean of late and eating my profit. You may find this an odd thing to say but i dont mind a losing run as long as it doesnt last, it makes me focus more and i see it as a test. reminds you to never get complacent in this game. anyway on with picks.

Another 2 lovely winners yesterday with ginzan from brighton winning well at great odds of 15/2 with place pick noverre to go making it a nice forecast finishing 2nd at 4/1. incurs four faults gave us win no 2 from hamilton winning at odds of 7/2. yeah i know sebs sensei ran a stinker and justified his massive odds but im convinced theres a race in him when form returns off such low mark. still it did make me eat my words although no one can accuse me of backing short priced faves all the time. i rate them as i see it and so far so good this season. righty ho on with fridays picks. There spread about a bit with so many 3 y.old races today.

As the title suggest today could have been a much better day, had the one winner with desert ranger, both gabrial the duke and enriching placed, corn maiden almost held on and in the 2.20 again both selections placed but outdone by another. frustrating but at least they all were in with a chance, when your picks consistently get hammered then its time to re-evaluate. on another day they would all fly home.
ok tomorrow is proving difficult and certainly wont be able to put any daytime picks, please pop back later p.m. for evening selections.

3RD MONTH OF PROFIT IN A ROW.

Very pleased with the latest monthly figures for june. for the 3rd month in a row we have hit profit and great profit at that. level stakes profit hit +22.63 points making it the best of the season. at £10 stakes you would have made £226.30 profit on my win selections. e/ways are a little down at -5.07 points. strike rates are good for both but although i had many e/ways placing didnt get enough winning to make a profit. win picks struck a s.rate of 25% which is more than acceptable. since april win picks are making a culmalative profit of 53.81 L.S.P. thats £538.10 profit at £10 stakes. you can view these results in depth on my dedicated monthly figures page. long may it continue.

SELECTIONS 01.07.14.

Ended the month with another two winners yesterday. got a forecast in the first not the way i predicted but a one two all the same with el bravo (9/2) winning followed home by flag of glory (5/1). yet again look at the early prices when i posted that you could have had them at, el bravo 8/1 and flag of glory a massive 16/1. our other winner came in the 3rd race with stepping out winning well at 3/1. i will be updating my months figs in the morning but safe to say we have achieved another months profit with my win selections, the 3rd month in a row since april this has been achieved.
on we go to july and may it long continue. i have 4 races today all from brighton.
