50% yesterday with thorntoun care prevailing at 11/4, only 2 races in the end with a frustrating non runner in the shape of mount cheiron being withdrawn late on, shame as i was keen to see how he got on, another day for that one. right then on with tuesday and i have a glut to get your teeth into with 2 from glorious goodwood and 4 from sunny yarmouth.
GOODWOOD 1.55 STOMACHION WIN(13/2) NICEOFYOUTOTELLME E/WAY(16/1). this is a big field so you may want to back both e/way, both have a great chance on ratings.
GOODWOOD 3.05 ANJAAL WIN(25/1) AMARILLO E/WAY(14/1). You may raise an eyebrow at this one but anjaal does hold a chance, i rate him top on runs back end last year at group 1 level. not far behind the very good war command last october and just behind outstrip who has since won at the breeders cup and went close in the st.james stakes. i could see improvement last time out and this is within its grasp. amarillo holds similar chances and has run well over here in the past, rates well and worth place money.
YARMOUTH 2.10 ENRICHING WIN(9/1) NELLIE THE ELEGANT E/WAY(16/1) nellie is unexposed and has gone well fresh, dam suggest turf will be fine and the maiden win has been franked, looks a great mark.
